Press release: Norfolk company fined for assessment breach

Sibelco Ltd, the owner of an aggregate site in Norfolk, has been fined £10,000 and ordered to pay £10,203 in costs after pleading guilty to breaches of health and safety laws. The company was prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for failing to complete a suitable and sufficient risk assessment for the movement of railway wagons without a locomotive.
